This ISP has a good anti-virus software and customers are very often aiming for virus attacks from outside the Bhutan. Most government offices in here have DrukNet's Internet. It's restricted for public bodies.
Dial-up can be provided using a laptop or other computer & a fixed telephone line. If you have a modem installed on your computer, you will be able to obtain bandwidth on dial-up of 56 Kbps. Fee for a dial-up applies only to duration of connection via telephone line. Tariff includes minutes per unit (4 minutes or part thereof).
